Guess what I had for Breakfast today. Yep, with leftovers from Mothers Day lunch yesterday. Quite nice and only 125g so helathy eneough.
Ros and I have our feet done today, can’t reach our toes anymore but the Gov pays for it 5 times a year. Damian as well as doing our toenails is a punter so lots to chat about. And he’s youn enough to be there for us when we are in our 80’s and possibly 90’s.
No selections today either, so good break.
The worst luck Saturday? Gosfroed was soft which menat our two swooper selections didnt make the cut (rule 1 NO tracks worse than soft5) those horses were so good they won anyway, historically its a bad idea to follow them on wet tracks.
I only watched one race yesterday the last at Northam and the rider, who is an up and comer, took the necessary time to birng his mount across in a steady line wihtout giving away mcuh grouns or use the horse’s energy.
So Idyllic Ruler enjoyed a soft lead and was able to hold it all the way to the post. $11, well I only got $9 because I took the price early.
