Hi Garry,
Thanks for the reply.
I’m 70 in a couple of months. The banks are all on about what is your exit strategy
You got me to thinking about the good old days when people went to the races and there were heaps of bookies and lots of colour and excitement. How different it is today. I put several book makers children through private school I reckon. I used to go most saturdays with Clem Dimsey who you may recall was a Melbourne racing journalist and race caller. He lived near me at Yarra Glen in those days. He generally managed to get me a press pass which gave me access to lots of good things. The older I get the more I understand that success at the punt is mostly about understanding your self and overcomming illogical weaknesses about not endlessley repeating losing self strategies
Thanks again Garry
Kind Regards
Rick
Rick attended one of our very first Racing Seminars for Professional Punters back in the 90’s. The lessons he talks about are the very same things I talked about back then so the Racing scene has changed but the fundamentals remain the same.
