So yesterday I wrote how the three plans I use were having a poor week. Well all that changed with 3 wins from 3 and all of them eased in the day, providing a nice surprise at the finish.
So now today. Hot weather for sure, the pre4dicted rain has yet to hit Ballarat which is the Metro meeting in Victoria today and a very hot day at Randwick. I suggest that if this meeting had been held at Rosehill or Warwick Farm, the races would be cancelled but Randwick gets the seabreezes, if any and a lower temp as a result. Also I suspect the humidity would be right down today.
In Race 7 my mates horse Waterford is having its 6th start this prep and must be coming to the end. I think Rustic Steel at $10 is the best e/w bet of the day. Barossa in the 8th is $34 and being the only mare in the race i sa disadvantage on a day liek this. But at the price DO NOT leave her out of your quaddie. Bianco Vilano in the 9th is $10 and this is because she is trained in Albury. The fact it is not starting at her home meeting is a good clue. Also it preferes firm ground and has a powerful finish.
In the last I have to have 2,7,and 14 included.
In Race 8 some are keen on Detonator Jack. Rac e8 the mail is for With Your blessing and Insurrection and I cnat disagree
Race 9 the mail Zoes Promise isnt even in my top chances and in the last the late Mail is Way To The Stars and we already have that.
At Ballarat the mail is 8 in the 7th, 8 in the 8th (omen bet?) 3 in the 9th and pick it with a pin in the last…sriously
My Ballarat quaddie includes the 3 (well w eat a lot of Berries here) , 10 and 13 in Race 8 , in the 8th , in race 9 no 7 Zac De Boss ,and in the last 2,6,12,18 in a wide market.
