So DJ has been using the GTX system developer to create a number of new systems which he has been using now for most of this year. The win strike has been fairly consistent at around 50% but that includes runners bet multiple times if they appeared in more than one system.
Runners at short prices might get backed as much as 5 times, we had one of those yesterday and yes it won for us but we only backed it once so on an ordinary day like yesterday, DJ had 29 runners in 18 races and the net return was $29 back for an outlay of $25 but with judicious betting you could have got more than that e.g. betting Best Of The Best with vicbet.com
Anyhow, here’s yesterdays list to have a geek at on what was really and ordinary day with only 24% winners
Best winner Scone Race 7 Ibini $7.90, Ballarat Race 1 Bonvinci $6 the rest were between $2.8 and $4.2 and yes without that last race winner, it would have been a loss for the day, however after just two races the profit was $6 back from just three bets. Its a nobrainer.
So DJ was asking yesterday “if we gave the Members a two week trial for free and if they liked it gave them the selections for $99 a month, would that be a good deal?” Well I think it would be but there’s no doubt that within a few weeks a lot of people would have dropped out. If that last runner lost yesterday, that would be a loss of $4 for every dollar outlaid on the day. That’s enough for some people to quit.
I mentioned in todays Best Bets page that yesterday I nominate three runners in a race and I suggested that one of these would win but I didn’t really know as there were little niggling suspicions about each of them. As it turned out we did get the winner and one of our subscribers told me that he made 30% profit on the race. That’s brilliant in my view but for the ordinary punter, many wouldn’t cross the road to get that sort of profit.
My stockmarket strategy and this is a long term one that has always worked is you buy a stock and if it goes up by 10% you sell. If it goes down 10% you sell. If you achieve 60% success you are in front PLUS you also get the dividends that occur as well. I do a bit better than that but my MINIMUM bet on this strategy is $10,000. In this scenario I lose 40% and gain 60% so my profit is 20% or $20,000 but its not always that smooth. I have seen sone shares drop a lot more than 10% and gain a lot more too. If there is a sudden plunge and there is basically nothing wrong with the stock I simply hold and 90% of those cases I have eventually got at least square.
So there. What I ike about Racing is that you can resolve your profit most days.
