So yesterday we lucked out with our two C Plan races, with placings in both. Luckily you probably, as I did, picked up a rebate for the placing at Randwick. You could have used that for one of the selections at Cairns and so reduced your outlay at least.
I found an earl C Plan at Launceston today Race 2 nos 1 and 2. Once again at $2.25 and and $3.80 the return will be poor if we win but you are not always going to get massive returns when a favourite is involved but thats the name of the game really.
Weirdly, I did not find another suitable race for the entire day so its the above or nothing. At least its on before the Hawthorn/Bulldogs game which is also in Launceston today.
By the way. Is aynbody else plagued by flem accumulating in your sinus and throat?? I had that problem for six months and nothing cleared it. Eventually I consulted a Ear Nose and Throat specialist and discovered that you can forget all those expensive remedies and instead spray salt water up your nose, the product is actually called Truss something and is an over the counter remedy. Three days two or three times a day will do the trick I am told.
Anybody else tried this? A lot of our Members who have conatcted me all sounded throaty over the phone, the winter I guess.
I finished about $130 up yesterday with three successful races overall out of the six I found.
The Amelia plan had a great day yesterday with a 36% race strike rate while the Market 2/3 plan was successful and a nice profit after the second eligible race of the day and a nice quitting point but it fell away after that.
