The Golden Slipper was our weekend Feature Race and believe it or not it so open that we were able to dutch all five and make a satisfactory profit. Personally I used my expected profit to try the Trifecta and First Four but sadly got just 1st 3rd and 4th. In our Daily Feature Race we chose the Mornington Cup. This was a C Plan race for us and we won on our dutch bet. Our Best Bet wasn’t a great price ($1.6) but won like it by 6 lengths. So that info cost subscribers just $1 as our Best Bets and Daily Feature cost just $363 for a whole year. Our Autumn Package subscribers got four coinciders for three wins and a second , yes Winx was one of them but the $1.18 was a bargain. We also suggested to subscribers to take Happy Clapper to place @ $3 which he did. We had 9 single selections in 5 races for just two winners but at $4 and $9 it was a great profit. We also had D’Argento top rated and a winner @ $5.5. We missed the Missile but got the winner Quinella and Trifecta in the last at $272. All in all it was a good result even though we recommended no betting if the track remained heavy. Luckily it was upgraded to soft 7 then soft 6. Our Gold Club members also got Money Maher in the black type race at Ascot. Personally I got 9 winning races out of 13 so even though I lost $2k on our Gold Club horse I got it all back and more. On balance a good day so what about Highstrikers Last Minute Mail. Well overall we had 11 wins from the 18 races. Because there was no Metro meeting in Melbourne we reverted to Morphettville where we got 5 wins from the 9 races and at Rosehill 6 from 9 or 5 from 8 if we exclude Winx. In addition we landed Kementari in the Winx out market for a Place. Yes, the methodology for Last Minute Mail is based, not on ratings, but on statistics.
