Well that’s the good news. Ten winners yesterday at 40% looks good BUT after winning early we encountered a sneaky losing run followed by two wins in a row to be in a handy postion starting today. It would have been better but I missed the last winner aftyer following up on a leftover plum pudding with custard. I guess I took too long savouring the flavour and got to my laptop just seconds too late. Plenty more winners today with Wagga, Gunnedah and Kyneton as well as Townsville and later on Geraldton all being on Good ground. They are also running at Warwick Farm but on a Heavy 10. An interesting footnote on that. Horses that go well on Good tracks and fail on Soft, often win on very heavy tracks. Of course yuou’d only use that if you were silly enough to bet on them.
