So I decided that I could stand the attack on our Super and nonsensicle climate policy any longer but not all of our readers agree but altogether 3 people unsubscribed in protest. We had the biggest response ever to any Newsletter or commentary I have put on the website So I have judged my audience correctly with the vast majority being retired or near retirement they have been smart enough to see how all Governments manipulate things in their favour. For example they say giving people money back options or freebies crteates problem gamblers. It doesnt . What it does do is give informed punters like ourselves a chance to make our punting profitable. It is the losing punters that the government wants, the more the better as they are reckless and the continued losses create more tax benefits.
A good example is from SA where taxes are evn worse if that is possible where after many approaches our Member was assured by the Sports minister that it was the corporates who were being taxed and it wouldnt affect him. Well we all know that isnt true because those taxes are passed on directly via lower prices and bigger margins.
The Corporates are actually making a bigger margin on Racing than ever. Flutter which owns Sportsbet among others is one of the four biggest gambling companies in the world.
Anyhow, anyone who is approaching retirement is savvy enough to realise that it doesnt take a lot of imagination to see how inflation can easily jack your Suoer to much higher levels. And with no indexation, it will happen all that faster.
So we had a special a couple of week ago on Pareille and today it is odds on again Newcatsle Race 4. $1.65 if you are lucky.
