Well back to Pakenham synthetic today, Dalby and Cessnock are both slow. At least we dont lose meetings at the Victorian provincials anymore with two synthetic tracks to race on but there is a flipside. Owners of horses which handle the wet are getting a lot fewer opportunties to race. In Sydney there are no synthetic alternatives and so we have to race on whatever surface you get and this hasn’t suited our Gold Club horses. We had wanted to race at the Canberra Acton track but for reasons best known to Racing authorities there have been no meetings scheduled so far this winter and maybe there wont be. Today there is a rare B4 selection that meets our Winform subset and that is Pakenham Race 8 6 Tizso Wicked. It’s $3.80 so worth a shot at that price wiith a long term win strike of 40% +, let’s just hope this is one of the 40%!
