IT COULD ONLY BE A GOOD DAY TODAY IN MELBOURNE. One of the hometown teams has won the Grand Final…again and after a tense first quarter the result was never in doubt. It was amusing how the GWS players spent much of the last ten minutes congratulating the Richmond players in an acknowledgement of their superior play but with a get you back next year grin. I’ve already had a small bet because as they say, you need to lose one before you can win one.
Anyhow, looking forward to the Underwood today as we head for another great Spring. Our Feature race today is the Thousand Guineas prelude where we think we can do okay.

Greg wrote this book many years ago, well about ten, to let people know just how he breaks up his betting on the big Carnival races and in doing so maximises his return when he does get it right , as he mostly does. One punting professional responded on reading it with ” It reminded me of what I thought I already know but had forgotten about. It has been a very worthwhile addition to my armoury”
