My personal history with Sportsbet will be integrated into Beteasy which currently give me as much as I want on my selections. Sportsbet doesn’t allow me to have racing multiples. Beteasy does. Sportsbet also trims my prices below the market price, especially on prepost markets, Beteasy doesn’t and it will be the same for many Members.
The recent integration of Classic Bet, Mad Bookie, and of this week Topbetta, into the Playup brand further creates limits but luckily, Classic bet has so far honored all of my outlays although they are always referred to a supervisor first, even for smaller amounts.
Pointsbet has been alright for me to date , I was until recently heavily invested in that company, but doesn’t really suit me as I know their ideal is for punters to lose their money as quickly as possible. I suppose that is the case for most if not all corporates.
Government is also involved in the conspiracy against punters as the offering of bonus bets has been curtailed but the States gambling taxes have been relentlessly increased under the guise of “avoiding creating problem gambling” it does not do that of course. What it has done is taken away a chance for punters to have a slight edge in the game. We even published in our magazine a letter by a former NSW Sports Minister to another jurisdiction, reminding them of their obligation under the “gentlemens agreement” not to compete with other States or Territories betting agencies.
So to further decrease competition, Betfair is also owned and operated by Sportsbet’s parent company. Have you ever had the suspicion that Betfair is NOT a genuine peer to peer space? In other words, when you place a bet or lay position are you placing that against another punter OR against Betfair itself? Facts are that many of the positions on Betfair are corporate bookmaker bets.
Yet is spite of all that our subscribers are still making money, mainly by using our stakingplans Money Factory or Winform Powerplay and our Dutchbetting program (free with a $9.95 annual membership at www.stakingkings.com). By the way we have made many approaches to betting companies over the years to include a dutch betting solution on their site but it never happens. Why not? They know that is the easiest way for punters to make money and stay in the game longer.
