I had an enquiry from a new Winform/GTX owner about the Powerplay program on www.stakingkings.com and how to play the qualifying selections and it turns out he is using fixed TAB and tote TAB as the basis.
I ran this through our database for March and came up with a av. dividend of just over $4. To be blunt, that is a dead set loss. When I changed it to best tote or SP the result was $4.37 but for Best Of The Best it increased further to over $4.50 ish.
A bit of caution here though. The best tote product for some corporates is middle tote or SP not all THREE totes or SP.
Anyhow, the $4.50ish result is still down on our long term average of $5+
Each day I look to all the Winform plan selections and look for the first likely C PLan race and attach that. I can simply check later to see how we went. Today the race is Mackay race 3 where the two selections are currently $2.4 and $2.3 but that wont be how it ends up. Using BOB with vicbet the outcome could be similar to the other day when one runner was at $3 and the other $2. In the end the $3 runner paid $6 and the $2 one was about $2.80. A good return.
One thing to watch for though. Mackay is currenty Soft 7 and we dont bet on Heavy tracks and lots more rain is exp3ected today. SO the next race to qualify became Geelong Race 7 where we have tow selections including the $2 fav. Surecan and the top rated Unchain My Bike at $6 so outlay is $10 and $3 for a return of $20 ish or $1.54 but that is likely to increase as the market of over 130% down to closer to 110% at the close.
Just a reminder at that HowToWin@Horseracing2Day is $99 on ebook BUT you can get the ebook pass to our entire library for just $149 so just $50 extra to get the lot.
