Lots of folks I know pu their entire betting bank on Winx Saturday. Boy, were they worried. They needn’t have been. Dhe rounded them up easily and Waller claims she has never pulled up better after a trial. On the other hand Oei Sword was backed off the map days beofore the race and we stated clearly that we didn’t like it, instead we opted for Burning Passion e/w and Deploy which was $10 at the time. It finished firming to $4 favourite and Burning Passion a god third at a very good place price. In this race we fund the Quinella $43.90 and Trifecta $395 so our Spring Carnival experience has kicked off well enough. Our first Spring race resukted in iru selected runner Formality winning easily in the end even if it was a narrow one. Formality just kicked an clicked. We could only finish 2nd in our next race and in the 5th at Caulfield we were caught offguard with the improvemnet in Crown Witness which only rateed 6th in our assessments. We need say nothing about Winx. What a champiuon she is! I saw Kobyashi as a mjor chance in the 6th at Caulfield but he disappointed. Our other big hope Plutocracy could only run 2nd but paid $4.40 for a place. Sweet Redemption was rated equal first inthe 7th at Randwick and we exected her to get picked off but she kept fighting and won @ $10.30. Altogether a satisfactory Spring Package day. Our HIghstrikers Last Minute Mail had just 4 winners at Randwick and I just hope subscribers picked up that Foxplay was the bet in theWinx out market. Due to a typo and the fact I was quite ill yesterday my suggestion didnt quite get into print. The 7th at Caulfield we had the Quinella @ $33 but without any confidence didn’t recommend it. John Furgals SMS service blew everyone away yesterday with a massive result. You can view what subscribers said in the testimonials.
