Well after three days of loss, excluding t the Internet glitches, the new selection plan is back on track with a winning day yesterday. I personally stuffed up with Morphettville Race7 and blindly followed our selection, not realising it was one of the highlighted races on the Winform Daily Mail. Devilishly, I backed each way so square on the race but then I noticed we had the $21 winner PLUS Quinella$81.60, Trifecta $1585 and First Four $6200 staring right out at me on the Daily Mail sheet! In the Topbetta Tournament ($15k jackpot) I was always in the top ten until the second last race of the day when a photo cruelly knocked me out and I had the winner of the last race but not enough on it. Anyhow, I am applying my Tournament principle to real cash and here it is. I strat with say $500 and bet 25% on eaqch race I choose to bet in. When I have made a good profit I quit. You see you will always have some cash, even if you lose to start with and you only need a short run of winners to get back on top. The key is that if I am on a single horse I will take it each way as that would give me a 50% chance of a collect at least OR I would take 2 or 3 runners that have overall at least a 50% chance of winning. So yesterday I started with $5,000 Bettabucks and got to about $24,000 just betting conservatively like I said and had I quit then I would have finished about 6th. If I started with real cash, lets say $500 I would have certainly quit at $2400, well probabaly before that. It’s an interesting concept.
