The Favourite strategy found a few winners yesterday and I cleared another Powerplay series so for the two days it was 11.7% profit on turnover. The Daily Feature Race found a winner no problem but I suspect they just might have raced a boat up North (not in that race) and I know you all know the race I mean or perhaps one jockey was a lot smarter than the rest who all forgot about pace? There are a lot of plunges and few that come off. Looking at my records this week I am fairly cerating that I would have been better running the Combined strategy, especially as I found three races where there was just one clear bet in the top three which won and at a final price of $12, $5 and $7.90 it is more than enough to clear a series. I guess the advantage of splitting into two different staking plans is that you can see ahead opf time whether you will be using Poerplay Top Three or Favourite strategy and I found this helpful when races were running on top of one another as most times the strategy was clear.
