We had to wait until the 6th race at Caterbury last night for our feature race to run. The quinella paid $18.40 so a good result we also got the trifect but it paid poorly at $58, not enough to clear the cost. There haven’t been a lot of good results this month but it comes and goes with a massive result to right the balance. Sometimes things change between when the selections go out and wehn the race runs. Soemtimes what looks like a good strategy in the morning, is a bad strategy in the afternoon, that’s why the Qunella is often the best play unless the favourite looks certain to run first or second and no longer priced runners to boost the prices. I’ve been busy since 5 a.m. and just waiting now for track conditions whic are posted by 7 a.m. so I can complete my analysis for today. Well start to anyway.
