When a Benchmark 64 is the highest class race of the day you know that these horses are really the bread and butter horses. They are the ones that earn percentages for the jockeys and trainers and the dollars for the book makers because in thes races anyhting can happen. A horse doesn’t need a major variation in form to either improve and win OR fail to live up to expectations. My ols mate Charlie Philcox used to look at these races and in Class 2 for example he would require every horse to have won two races AND have form on a good track so the comparisons between the runneres left little conjecture. BM 64s are equivalent to Class 2 but under different weight terms so for thes races yes you would expect that only runners with at least 2 wins should be considered unless we have a genuione up and comer, in which case it would probably be favourite. Warnambool is a Soft 5 but that is for the benefit of the hurdlers in the first two races. After that, expect the course to improve as it is a bright day with 28 expected. We dont bet jumps races so skip the first two.
Murwullimbah is a Heavy 8 so nothing recommended there. Your day could be spent reading or rereading Winning Is Everything than betting on heavy tracks.
