Our Winform ratings were posted at 9.28 a.m. yesterday and the Quaddie was very clear as we suggested on our latest YouTube post. That post was private and was only made public after the last race to show how we chose it, the actual selecting was done before 9.30 Saturday but of course a “fleet” of smarties who are NOT subscribers happily proposed that the video was “fake news”.
Our Ratings subscribers got the $609 Quinella in the Doncaster and I personally got the $190,000 First Four, well a significant percentage of it anyway, with a bonus bet. The Trifecta was in our top six and for my first four I took our top three from the top eight and added in Melody Belle and a couple of others for 4th. The total was around 1,176 combinations. The Quaddie was easier but I chose not to invest as I expected favourites to take out at two legs but to be honest I expected Nature Strip to be a lot shorter than the $4.20.
Highstrikers switched to Ascot and Doomben to get away from the heavy tracks in the East with 3 winners from the 5 specials plus 8 of the 19 races were won.
Our weekend Feature Race was a winner but we missed the Daily Feature. Two Premium selections for two winners including Gold Dice @ $3.80 recording its 8th win in a row. And our Feature system in the new book, and it is only statistically based, had 5 selections for two winners @ $3.70 and $8.70 with a $4+ placing as well.
