Our Winform C Plan/Favourite etc. strategies found the winners of six of the nine races at Pinjarra yesterday including the Cup and the Quaddie. It was a great day uninterrupted by rain or bad weather and there were nearly 5,000 people on course. How good is that? Today on the East Coast we have had solid rain overnight and strong westerlies and cool weather and of course Victoria yesterday was as bad as it gets for being out there watching the footy. Hey it’s Easter this week. The rest of the week looks good so we’re back in business. Our Sydney Cup preview had over 2,000 viewers but it now looks like they may run the Cup on the Anzac Day meeting which will now be transferred back to the 22nd and the planned Warick Farm meeting going to the 25th. Fresh betting of course and how many will line up? Not a lot I suspect as they may have had different targets and the first six horses ran the trip right out. Big Duke, Tally and the like had a very good training rain without wearing themselves out. One thing Racing NSW cannot do and must not do , is openn the Cup up to new entrants. That would be the ultimate unfairness.
