After I adjusted a couple of things after scratchings yesterday our top rated runner started favourite but was a dud. The 3rd rated runner after I took away the 2nd up penalty ( the the horse was actually 2nd rated on consensus) actually won the race at $51 the 5th rated runner was 2nd so a top 5, yes no real incentive to take it, paid over $200. It was only today I noticed its spell was 723 days………………
So one bet and a loss. These type of runners (our Erace) win 50% of the time so next one??
So today Townsville Race 1 no 1 is todays ER selection its $2.50 and TAB is offering a 25% boost (an extr a $50 max bonus added.) so assuming it wins we make a profit across the two days.
Taking the Grandkids to Super Girl today. Very different to what is expected I think.
My new tablet is reducing the excess fluid in my body and so down another kg. I am on them for another week or so I think. Currently down to 93kg and would love to get under 90.
Having the day out with two teenagers, 13 and 14 is going to be interesting.
