I would like to give you a bit of advice to improve your immune system. I had a heart attack aged 39 which changed my outlook on life and the way I did things.
I am now 84 and disgustingly healthy. I still take medication for cholesterol & blood pressure and have been since my attack. I have no side effects from doing this. I also take 3 teaspoons of Organic apple cider vinegar every day since
- Since then I have not contracted any viruses, had the flu or even a common cold. There are many other benefits to this as well. Just Google it and you will be surprised. I also walk 8000-10000 steps every day and do 30 minute weight and aerobic exercises twice weekly. I used to weigh 95 kilos but am now 75 kilos and have no trouble in maintaining that weight. I developed my own weight control method which is easy to use and very effective. I eat what I like within reason and only do weight control if I hit 76+ kilos which has only been once in the last 3 years. I am still working in the security door industry doing the admin and sales for my Chinese stepson whose english is very basic. Health as you know is so important. Without it what do you have?
